Overview Town and Country Resort is seeking a
Lapper Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our poolside bar & grill. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service, supervising staff, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have prior food and beverage supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Pay Rate $23.00
Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of Lapper, ensuring efficiency and outstanding guest service.
- Lead and support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Monitor service standards, ensuring food and beverages are prepared and served according to resort standards.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktails and POS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed for service and stocking.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor poolside environment, including exposure to sun and varying temperatures.
