Landscape Sales Representitive

As a Landscape Design Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between client dreams and stunning outdoor realities. You'll own the full sales journey-from lead generation through design collaboration to final project handoff-while keeping our core values front and center.

• Generate and nurture leads through a variety of channels: assigned leads, personal and professional networks, B2B opportunities, and community outreach.
• Build new business in both residential and commercial sectors, including partnerships with builders, HOAs, and other key stakeholders.
• Establish strong client relationships through thoughtful initial consultations and needs assessments.
• Initiate and guide design meetings, ensuring client visions are clearly communicated and captured.
• Review and validate design proposals, estimates, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to schedule and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in LMN (To Do's, job statuses, timelines, etc.) and validate designer entries.
• Manage each client journey with clarity and care-from first touch through seamless production handoff.
• Build polished, detailed project proposals that bring designs and budgets into sharp focus.
• Support continuous improvement through professional development and active participation in sales and production meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Business, Construction Management OR
• 1-3 years of sales experience in the landscape or construction industry (especially within $1MM+ organizations)
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 points
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM/estimating tools (LMN preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus

• Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Sit, stand, and walk for long periods; navigate uneven terrain
• Use a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs
