About the Role:
Were seeking a skilled Build Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar landscape construction role. Youll lead a team of 3-4, actively participating alongside them, making crucial decisions, and ensuring projects are successfully completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and organize a crew to meet production goals and foster a positive work environment

  • Solve on-site challenges and adapt as needed

  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols

  • Maintain project documentation and build strong client relationships

  • Train and mentor crew members, encouraging professional growth

  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment safely

  • Install hardscapes and softscapes with precision and durability

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safety-first approach

  • Possess plant knowledge, including trees, shrubs, perennials, and ground covers


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to lift over 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions
