Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial landscape clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, enhancements, and seasonal services, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and address client needs.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Manage budgets, proposals, and contracts to align with company goals and client expectations.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in landscape account management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with commercial property managers, HOAs, or municipalities is a plus.
- Proficiency in budgeting, proposals, and contract management.
