Job Details

Our client is searching for a Land Use Attorney for their Seattle office. Four years or more of Washington land use experience is needed. A bit more about the role is below.

High-Impact Work: Represent a diverse clientele, from local developers to national corporations, on a wide range of land use matters. Engage in challenging projects involving feasibility analysis, complex permitting processes, regulatory monitoring, and government relations.

What You'll Bring:
A Washington State Bar
Minimum of four years of Washington land use experience.
Strong understanding of land use regulations and permitting processes.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork.
