Job Details

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveying Technician to assist with data collection, mapping, and boundary determination for site planning and development initiatives. This role supports both internal projects and external client deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys including boundary, topographic, and construction layout
- Operate surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors
- Compile field data and prepare maps and drawings using AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Assist in interpreting site data and supporting permit or planning applications
- Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of land surveying or related experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other drafting software
- Strong understanding of field procedures and measurement standards
- SIT certification or working toward licensure a plus
