About the Role
An established homebuilder is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to oversee third-party site development teams and keep projects moving. No engineering license is required, but a solid understanding of grading, utilities, and residential land development is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep third-party site engineers on track-managing timelines, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee grading, utilities, and site prep to ensure smooth development.
- Work closely with internal teams to align land schedules with homebuilding timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Residential land development experience (homebuilding industry preferred).
- Strong ability to hold third-party engineers accountable and keep projects moving.
- Solid knowledge of grading, utilities, and site development.
