We are seeking a Site Development Associate/Land Development Manager (Industrial) for our client, an award-winning, privately owned real estate development firm based in Bethesda with over 40 years of experience. The company specializes in the development and construction of Class-A industrial and multifamily properties nationwide. Currently, our client has 10+ projects in its industrial pipeline, with several under construction, and is actively pursuing many more.
The Site Development Associate will report to the Regional Development Partner and be part of the team responsible for assessing the viability of new development sites, due diligence on land acquisitions and land use approvals & entitlements.
Ideal candidate will have recent experience with a civil engineering firm.

Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, industrial real estate preferred
- Experience with civil engineering firm, focused on industrial/self-storage/data centers a plus
- Strong initiative and effective organizational skills
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to solving issues
- BS/MS in civil or environmental engineering, architecture, planning, urban planning preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred, not required
