Title: Land Development Project Manager

Bonus: $20,000 - $60,000 - paid quarterly

What You'll Be Doing: - Review and ensure compliance of property documents with company standards, identifying concerns and potential solutions.
- Manage due diligence activities, ensuring completion within required timelines.
- Maintain and organize all due diligence reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Land Development, Construction, Sales, and Marketing, to facilitate project progress.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project status, identify risks, and ensure alignment with development goals.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules, making necessary updates to reflect progress and potential challenges.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and municipal staff to ensure compliance with zoning, permitting, and development requirements.
- Manage project entitlements, including zoning, platting, and reviewing development agreements.
- Maintain oversight of impact fees, school agreements, and other development-related agreements.
- Supervise and direct land acquisition and development staff as needed.
- Travel as required for site visits and meetings.
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and development requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with municipal staff and external consultants is a plus.
