Position: Laboratory Technician
Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Laboratory Technician to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures, ensuring the proper operation of laboratory processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. As a key member of our team, you will support multiple functions, including production, research and development, quality control, and compliance. Your attention to detail and ability to execute procedures effectively will contribute to our success in meeting mission-critical objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of technical laboratory procedures such as preparing routine solutions and reagents and conducting simple reactions.
• Record observations, perform necessary calculations, and compile data for evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Provide laboratory support functions, including stocking and distributing supplies, arranging and dismantling apparatus, and managing glassware (i.e., cleaning and storing).
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality and accuracy standards.
• Assist with compound analysis and manage the corporate compound collection.
• Execute daily operational procedures to ensure the safe and efficient use of laboratory equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain laboratory functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and accurately.
• Contribute to maintaining operational logs and performing handover procedures in line with established guidelines. Qualifications:
• Strong background in executing technical procedures and laboratory functions, with an understanding of quality control and safety standards.
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to follow formal operating and safety procedures in a laboratory environment.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and commitment to achieving operational excellence.
• Familiarity with space domain awareness concepts and operations is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting operational missions or programs in a technical capacity is highly desirable.
• Due to the nature of the work, a Secret clearance is required, however the candidate will need to obtain a Top-Secret SCI clearance (active Top-Secret SCI clearance is a plus). Selected candidate will be subject to a post offer background check and must be able to maintain a Secret-level DoD security clearance.
