Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Technical Specialist - Lab to work in the Miami VA System - Miami, Florida. Position Highlights: Weekend, Holiday, Evening and Night Hour Shifts 12 hour shifts Generous PTO and 11 paid federal holidays Give back & care for our Nation's armed forces Job Summary: The Technical Specialist provides expertise in laboratory procedures, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical resource for lab staff. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in laboratory testing. Develop and refine laboratory protocols. Train staff on specialized laboratory techniques. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Job Requirements: Graduation from a medical laboratory technician training program accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
