Job Description


Required Education.


• Bachelor's or associate degree in clinical laboratory science, Chemistry, or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Experience/Qualifications.


• 5 years of practical laboratory experience needed.


• Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant (m/f) or medical-technical assistant (m/f).


• Experience in the use of analytical instruments and reagents.


• Experience with Client systems like Atellica Solution, Atellica CI-1900, IMMULITE 2000 XPi, or ADVIA Centaur are highly appreciated.


• Experience with the Microsoft package.


Responsibilities.


• Providing high-quality complaint-handling support for a wide range of laboratory systems.


• Independent planning, measurement, testing, and summarization of laboratory tests.


• Cross-functional coordination of complex test plans in an international environment.


• Documentation of complaints in various database systems.


• Management of the reagents necessary for the investigation.


• Requalification of laboratory systems and laboratory equipment.
