Job Summary
As a Laboratory Product Applications Specialist, you will support and develop instrument technology applications that protect environmental resources, facilitate sustainable pharmaceutical production, and improve microelectronics manufacturing efficiency. This role serves as a critical bridge between product development, sales, and end-users throughout the entire product lifecycle. Success in this role accelerates sales cycles through technical credibility, reduces adoption barriers, enhances customer satisfaction, and drives innovation through deep application knowledge and market insight.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Execute analytical testing and method protocols following established procedures
  • Perform instrument operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
  • Collect and analyze data using approved statistical principles
  • Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
  • Support laboratory operations and safety compliance
  • Develop expertise in assigned product lines


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Proficiency in laboratory operations and safety protocols
  • Ability to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical systems
  • Statistical analysis capabilities using Excel, JMP, or similar tools
  • Technical documentation and scientific writing proficiency
  • Expertise in analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation
  • Advanced chemical handling and solution preparation
  • Experience in method development and validation


Education & Experience Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry/environmental science/microbiology or scientific disciplines where laboratory work and data analysis are core components of the curriculum
  • 1+ years laboratory experience
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills


Preferred:



  • Demonstrated expertise in respective technical field

• Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills,
experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $74,000 - $85,000
