The Lab Manager oversees daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control. They manage personnel, budget, and workflow to optimize lab performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise laboratory staff and manage scheduling. Ensure lab safety and regulatory compliance. Oversee budget, procurement, and inventory management. Develop and implement quality control measures. Improve workflow efficiency and troubleshoot operational issue Requirements: Bachelors degree in medical terminology / clinical laboratory science or in a related science
Completion of a medical terminology clinical practice program.
Certification as medical terminologist or clinical laboratory scientist.
