Requirements for the Litigation Assistant:
- 3-5 years of litigation assistant experience preferbaly in Labor & Employment
- Experienced E-Filing (high volume) for state and federal courts without using vendors.
- Prepare, format, edit and revise legal documents before filing.
- Experienced removal filings and filing under seal.
- Experienced with TOA/TOC's
- Proficient with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
