Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Labor & Employment Law Attorney for one of our clients to provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience and a deep understanding of labor laws, employment agreements, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Counsel & Compliance

Advise clients on human resources policies, wage and hour laws, labor relations, employee benefits, and workplace policies.
Assess legal risks and provide strategic guidance on labor and employment law.
Educate clients and stakeholders on legal policies and procedures.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Handle employment-related litigation, grievances, and claims with state agencies.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including employment agreements, compliance policies, and contracts.
Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes effectively.

Administrative & Legal Management

Oversee legal administrative functions related to labor and employment law practice.
Provide legal insights on corporate policies, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

Minimum 7 years of substantive litigation experience in labor and employment law.
Strong knowledge of employment-related legal documents, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver effective legal solutions.
