I am currently working with a leading AM LAW top 100 ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an L&E attorney to join their Pittsburgh office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage labor and employment litigation cases, from initial client consultation to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
  • Collaborate with clients, human resources professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney, ideally gained within a larger law firm setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
