Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
34 years of substantive litigation experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on employment law(link removed)>
Familiarity with employment statutes such as FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII is a plus(link removed)>
Excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise corporate clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Represent employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery documents.
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and support trial strategy.
Provide strategic counsel on workplace policies, terminations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation: includes an annual salary range of $170,000-$175,000, commensurate with experience, alongside eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus(link removed)>
