Labor & Delivery RN

Provides professional patient care in the office. Responsibilities include clinical tasks such as taking patient history, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients. Other duties involve maintaining patient confidentiality, attending training programs, and conducting educational seminars. Physical demands include manual dexterity and occasional lifting. Working conditions may involve exposure to communicable diseases. Educational requirements include a PA degree and current licensure. Qualifications include at least two years of experience in a medical setting, ability to make independent decisions, and knowledge of managed care basics.
