I. Position Overview:

D&D is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Labor Compliance Specialist to support our compliance and Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of public works labor compliance, prevailing wage requirements, and certified payroll processing. This role is crucial to ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations across multiple projects.



II. Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Federal & State Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements
  • Proficient in PRISM, LCP Tracker, Elations, and OCIP platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of prevailing wage laws, including enforcement, auditing, and analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

IV. Key Responsibilities: (But not limited to)

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including DAS 140/142, Davis-Bacon, Federal and state prevailing wage regulations
  • Enter and validate payroll data in compliance tracking systems such as LCP Tracker, DIR, PRISM, Elations, and OCIP
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
  • Calculate and process compensation including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and fringe benefits
  • Analyze public and private contracts to identify and implement labor compliance requirements including skilled workforce mandates, local hiring initiatives, and diversity goals
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes through the HRIS system within ADP Workforce now, including the collection of required documentation and system updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
