Labor & Employment Associate - Los Angeles
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment practice group in Los Angeles, California.
The estimated salary range for this position is $305,000 - $360,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
- Ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
- Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems
- Excellent analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California
