Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour disputes (including PAGA claims), regulatory issues, and employment-related defamation cases.
- Represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including law and motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on complex employment law matters.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong litigation skills, including drafting motions, taking depositions, and handling court appearances.
- Admitted to practice in California
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
