Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in technical or consultative sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

Salary The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is
$161,600 to
$248,900 USD annually with a
50%/50% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
