Lab Technician Compensation

Pay rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Part-Time)

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Lab Technician Highlights
Lab Technician Responsibilities
-
Sample and manage stock of fragrance compounds and oils based on business priorities
-
Meet or exceed the global target for manual pours per day
-
Optimize manual pour efficiency whenever applicable
-
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and raw material storage
-
Ensure all samples meet quality standards before release
-
Report any quality non-conformances to supervisor or manager
-
Adhere strictly to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and support safety improvements
-
Participate in LEAN/continuous improvement initiatives
-
Assist teammates during periods of high volume or peak demand
Lab Technician Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry preferred but not required
-
Previous experience in a fragrance laboratory highly preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
-
Team-oriented with good communication skills
