Lab Technician Compensation

• Pay rate: $25.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Part-Time)

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Lab Technician Highlights

• Location: Piscataway, NJ

• This is a part-time

• Great opportunity to gain lab and manufacturing experience in a global fragrance company

Lab Technician Responsibilities

• Sample and manage stock of fragrance compounds and oils based on business priorities

• Meet or exceed the global target for manual pours per day

• Optimize manual pour efficiency whenever applicable

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and raw material storage

• Ensure all samples meet quality standards before release

• Report any quality non-conformances to supervisor or manager

• Adhere strictly to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and support safety improvements

• Participate in LEAN/continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist teammates during periods of high volume or peak demand

Lab Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry preferred but not required

• Previous experience in a fragrance laboratory highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
