Job Title: KYC Analyst (Maker)
Location: Onsite - Jacksonville, FL
Position Summary:
- We are seeking detail-oriented KYC Analysts (Makers) to conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and support compliance functions. This role involves collecting and verifying customer information to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of KYC experience in a financial or regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate KYC documentation to establish customer identity and risk level
- Collect and accurately input customer data in compliance with internal policies
- Perform initial risk assessments and categorize accounts accordingly
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as needed
- Collaborate with KYC Checkers (QC) to resolve discrepancies and finalize files
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and internal standards
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in KYC processes, preferably in a financial institution
- Solid knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks
- High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and deadline-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL
