Job Summary


Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge & Web Content Manager to support the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO). As part of the Knowledge & Web Content team, this Level 2 position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal and external-facing digital platforms, including SharePoint sites and public websites.


The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Department of the Air Force Public Affairs policies while enabling seamless access to mission-critical information across SpRCO and U.S. Space Force stakeholders. This role supports strategic communications, internal collaboration, and operational effectiveness through the efficient organization and dissemination of unclassified and controlled unclassified information (CUI).

Skills / Experience Required


Knowledge & Web Content Manager Skills/Experience required:



  • Active Secret clearance

  • 5 years relevant DoD work experience

  • Maintain and update SpRCO digital content in alignment with Department of the Air Force Public Affairs guidance

  • Design, develop, and manage internal SharePoint sites and document libraries for efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration

  • Ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user experience across both internal and external digital platforms

  • Distribute unclassified data on CUI-authorized platforms in accordance with relevant DoD and Air Force policies

  • Routinely audit sites for broken links, outdated content, and navigational issues; implement corrective actions as needed

  • Integrate acquisition and program support data for accessibility by SpRCO personnel, external collaborators, and U.S. Space Force staff

  • Collaborate with program and technical teams to support content accuracy and digital information alignment with mission requirements.


Education / Certifications


Knowledge & Web Content Manager Education/Certifications needed:



  • Bachelor's degree is required. Preference given to a degree in information technology, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.

  • Relevant work experience/training certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance


Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.


Physical Requirements


Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
