SMX is seeking a Knowledge Manager toenhance Army Intelligence operations by designing and maintaining knowledge management systems and processes. This role ensures seamless integration, organization, and dissemination of intelligence data across multi-domain operations (MDO), aligning with Army priorities like Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and leveraging AI technologies per SIA3 guidelines. This is a full-time on site position Monday - Friday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Data Integration and System Management: Oversee ingestion, organization, and storage of intelligence data (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT) into knowledge management platforms. Maintain and optimize systems like the Army Intelligence Data Platform and Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) for real-time access. Implement metadata tagging, indexing, and search optimization for data discoverability. Collaboration and Workflow Optimization: Facilitate collaboration among analysts, planners, and commanders using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or DoD portals. Develop standardized workflows for intelligence production and dissemination per Army Knowledge Management (AKM) policies. Enable secure, real-time knowledge sharing across tactical and strategic echelons. AI and Technology Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) for data categorization, summarization, and trend identification. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning into knowledge processes. Recommend innovative solutions based on current AI and automation advancements. Training and User Support: Train personnel on knowledge management tools, practices, and security protocols. Provide tiered support for troubleshooting and system enhancements. Security and Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity and data handling per DoD 8570.01-M, NIST 800-53, and Army Regulation 25-2. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with classification and retention policies. Continuous Improvement: Assess process effectiveness using metrics (e.g., retrieval time, user satisfaction). Incorporate lessons from operations like Project Convergence 2024 to refine strategies. Required Skills & Experience TS/SCI clearance 5+ years in knowledge management, intelligence operations, or information systems, with 3+ years in a DoD intelligence environment. Expertise in systems like DCGS-A, Palantir, ArcGIS, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Army intelligence processes (e.g., IPB, MDMP). Analytical thinking, strong communication, and adaptability in high-pressure environments. Primary location CONUS, with potential for OCONUS deployment to support forward-operating units.
