Position Description Serco is seeking a motivated and experienced Knowledge Management Database Administrator to support the Fleet Deployment Training Program Support (FDTPS) at the Afloat Training Group in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will manage the publication of online resources, maintain critical repositories, and provide classroom instruction to enhance the warfighter's level of knowledge and readiness. In this role, you will: Serve as the chief administrator for online question banks supporting knowledge assessments. Administer and maintain the customer's website to ensure access to unit-level training resources and guidance. Coordinate and standardize training in support of level of knowledge examinations. Analyze metrics and data from assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements for relevancy and effectiveness. Conduct classroom training on accessing and utilizing online training repositories. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of experience, or High School diploma with 10 years of experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience maintaining databases and records. Demonstrated ability to perform training needs assessments and gap analysis. Experience conducting classroom training. Active DoD Secret clearance. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret assessment data and metrics. Attention to detail in managing online platforms and repositories. Additional desired experience and skills: Background in Navy shipboard training programs and procedures. Experience managing online question banks and administering knowledge-based exams. Expertise in standardizing and delivering training programs aligned to Navy operational requirements.
