Tiff's Treats started in Austin, TX in 1999 by two college sweethearts, which has grown to 80+ locations across Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Tennessee with more to come this year. We are looking for happy, hard-working people who are quick on their feet, passionate, and LOVE customer service to have fun delivering treats to our customers.
We are seeking PART-TIME KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERS at our Arlington location; Open availability is preferred. SWEET PERKS: - Kitchen Team Members start at $15/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Bake and package cookies and brownies
- Assist walk-in customers with a SMILE - a positive attitude is a MUST.
- Help with cleaning & various other manager-assigned tasks
- We always strive to improve, adapt and grow. Successful team members must be open to receiving and learning from constructive, frequent, and immediate performance feedback.
- Ability to help with deliveries is a PLUS.
REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to lift, carry, stoop, push, pull, kneel, and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to have repetitive motion of wrists/arms, as well as stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, or lean for the entire shift and maneuver quickly in a small space with hot ovens
- Ability to take visual and audible cues, and willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
