NOW HIRING: KITCHEN LEAD - MOE'S ORIGINAL BBQ (BANGOR, ME)

Moe's Original BBQ in Bangor, ME is extremely busy, and we need a Kitchen Lead to help keep the fire going. If you're passionate about BBQ, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to join an awesome team serving up some of the best BBQ in the country.

What You'll Do:

• Lead prep, line cooking, and pit master duties
• Plan and execute our high-volume summer catering operations
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and kitchen organization
• Work alongside an experienced and hardworking team

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced kitchen pro with a passion for BBQ
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
• Pit master experience is a huge plus.

You should know that we've transformed how we run our restaurants by paying a "Living Wage" based on a book Called "The Good Jobs Strategy". Requirements

• You should have experience (and excel) in:
• Creating memorable customer experiences
• Catering large events
• Employee Training and Development
• Managing food & labor costs and scheduling
• Running a BUSY kitchen
