Job Description - Experience: 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role and food service
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification: Food Safety preferred
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and exceed customer needs through efficient food service and coaching
- Monitor quality control, schedule flexibility, and equipment maintenance
- Provide training and leadership to Team Members
- Set sales and performance goals and promote a diverse and inclusive environment
