Job Summary

As a Kitchen Team Lead, you will provide guidance and coaching to Team Members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and pleasant food service while supervising the kitchen team and supporting store leadership.

Job Description
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role and food service
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Food Safety preferred
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety and exceed customer needs through efficient food service and coaching
  • Monitor quality control, schedule flexibility, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide training and leadership to Team Members
  • Set sales and performance goals and promote a diverse and inclusive environment
