Job Responsibilities - Prioritize safety in all operations for our Team Members and customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while mentoring and supporting Team Members.
- Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere for both Team Members and customers.
- Assist in reaching sales and profit targets through effective strategies, including product sampling.
- Ensure quality control of food and supplies within the kitchen.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and ensure cross-training of all Team Members.
- Keep restrooms impeccably clean and well-stocked.
- Monitor competitor pricing and partner with team members to stay competitive.
- Quickly resolve equipment issues to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Provide necessary training and resources to all Team Members.
- Supervise and train hourly Team Members and peer Leads when assigned.
- Ensure product merchandising and safety standards are met.
- Set clear sales goals and empower your team with the tools needed to succeed.
- Identify team strengths for strategic staffing and scheduling decisions.
- Foster an inclusive environment that values every Team Member's voice.
