Key Responsibilities - Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen settings is preferred but not required.
- Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively as a team.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with all personnel.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required as per State/County law.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
- Residency within the service area is required.
