We're looking for a Project Designer to manage high-end kitchen design projects from start to finish. You'll lead the process-setting timelines, managing budgets, solving challenges, and guiding both clients and internal teams-ensuring that each space is as functional as it is stunning.

What You'll Do

(Approx. 30% design 70% project management)
  • Lead full lifecycle design projects-from initial concept to final installation
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and internal teams
  • Create detailed design drawings and cabinetry orders
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold Bluebell's brand standards
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way
What We're Looking For

5= years experience in kitchen or cabinetry design

Proficient in AutoCAD (required), Google SketchUp (preferred)

Able to produce shop-ready drawings and pricing using software tools

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Professional communication with clients, contractors, and vendors

Bonus: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio or work samples.
