About Us
Black Haus Tavern is a chef-driven, full-service restaurant and cocktail bar located in the heart of downtown Parker. We offer elevated dining in a relaxed, welcoming space, known for handcrafted cocktails, curated wine lists, and a commitment to quality. We're looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily back-of-house operations and staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Monitor labor and food costs, inventory, and vendor ordering
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Support seasonal menu planning and special event execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef, KM, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
