Food Trends Catering & Events, a woman-owned, family-run business with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling culinary facility.

Your Role:

As Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of back-of-house production and culinary logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of 15+ kitchen and dispatch staff
  • Manage production schedules, station assignments, and inventory levels
  • Ensure daily orders are packed, routed, and dispatched accurately and on time
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the kitchen
  • Coordinate with chefs, event leads, and delivery teams for seamless execution
  • Oversee offsite event staffing and kitchen prep for large-scale events
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and culinary leadership on operational improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume catering or restaurant kitchen
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
  • Hands-on, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adjust to fast-changing priorities
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic logistics
