We are seeking an exceptional Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for a restaurant in Hartford, CT. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + medical benefits, 401K with match, PTO, and more.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience
  • Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Financial and Administrative knowledge including ordering, scheduling, inventory, etc.
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
