Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + medical benefits, 401K with match, PTO, and more.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience
- Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
- Strong leadership ability
- Financial and Administrative knowledge including ordering, scheduling, inventory, etc.
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
