Job Summary As a Kitchen Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and pleasant food service to exceed customer and Team Member needs and expectations. You will also provide guidance and coaching to Team Members, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role offers opportunities for advancement into store leadership.
Job Responsibilities - Ensure safety is the top priority for all aspects of work, including Team Members, customers, and products.
- Provide exemplary food service and guidance to Team Members, while also ensuring exceptional service to vendors and stakeholders.
- Encourage sampling and suggestive selling to meet aggressive sales and profit goals, while managing shrink.
- Monitor kitchen quality control and inventory management.
- Lead and train hourly Team Members in the store, as well as peer Leads when necessary.
- Promote sales and performance goals and provide necessary resources to the team to achieve them.
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, considering each Team Member's voice.
Starting Rate of Pay $17.50 per hour
