Responsibilities
- As a Designer, you will blend technical expertise with creativity to create living spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, managing projects with care, and driving sales while representing the company's values.
- Client-Centered Collaboration:
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs and guide material/product choices.
- Provide clear and professional communication throughout the project journey.
- Resolve issues with creativity and resourcefulness, offering alternative solutions when needed.
- Design Excellence:
- Develop and refine design concepts using tools such as SketchUp.
- Incorporate client feedback to ensure alignment with their vision.
- Project Management:
- Prepare accurate quotes and material lists using company tools.
- Adjust designs and budgets based on-site measurements.
- Sales Leadership:
- Apply AJ's sales philosophy to build trust and effectively present solutions.
- Maintain relationships through follow-ups and ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications
- College or technical diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Designer or Design Assistant.
- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar design software.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets).
