Responsibilities
  • As a Designer, you will blend technical expertise with creativity to create living spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, managing projects with care, and driving sales while representing the company's values.
  • Client-Centered Collaboration:
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and guide material/product choices.
  • Provide clear and professional communication throughout the project journey.
  • Resolve issues with creativity and resourcefulness, offering alternative solutions when needed.
  • Design Excellence:
  • Develop and refine design concepts using tools such as SketchUp.
  • Incorporate client feedback to ensure alignment with their vision.
  • Project Management:
  • Prepare accurate quotes and material lists using company tools.
  • Adjust designs and budgets based on-site measurements.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Apply AJ's sales philosophy to build trust and effectively present solutions.
  • Maintain relationships through follow-ups and ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications
  • College or technical diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Designer or Design Assistant.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp or similar design software.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets).
