Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Attendant: - Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing
superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. - Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property
- Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
- Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
- Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Kitchen Attendant - High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- Restaurant experience: Will train.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Other Qualifications: - Serv Safe Certified preferred.
- Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
