We are looking for a dedicated
Operations and Systems Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our clients with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. (This role is part of Kish Insurance, a subsidiary of Kish Bank.)
The Operations and Systems Customer Service Representative provides service to customers by handling questions, payment inquiries, and claims. Additionally, this role will provide admin support for accounting, automation and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: - Prioritizing and resolving customer requests in a timely manner, often collaborating with other departments.
- Providing administrative support to the Innovation Manager, including data processing for marketing campaigns, system updates, and general support with Microsoft 365.
- Monitoring and responding to system reports and performing various administrative duties such as answering phones, distributing mail and emails, and maintaining electronic files.
- Reviewing and updating daily policy activities, staying current on industry information, and following agency guidelines.
- Managing workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions, including insurance payments and claims.
- Handling client changes and generating necessary documents and correspondence.
- Performing other duties as required to support agency operations.
Qualifications & Skills: - Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions and calculations
- Ability to utilize Agency computer programs and understand functionality
- Keyboarding/typing skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Minimum two years' experience in related positions
