Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage account plans to meet revenue goals and drive long-term growth.

  • Regularly review accounts to keep customers happy and spot new business opportunities.

  • Understand each client's needs and goals to help guide product improvements and innovations.

  • Use client data to identify issues, trends, and risks, and take action to improve performance.

  • Keep up with market trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.

  • Lead contract discussions with key accounts, ensuring fair and beneficial agreements.

  • Handle any client issues or disputes quickly to maintain strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients.

  • Track account progress and measure success using set KPIs and objectives.
