KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, SOUTHERN FLORIDA
Cambio is looking for new team members in our various markets with experience dealing with key accounts on and off-premise. As the KAM, you will drive performance and provide a high level of customer service by working in and with trade channels, field execution, and ambassador team scheduling and training. As the Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with retailers, the service industry, nightlife accounts, bartenders, etc.
Detail of Responsibilities
- Successfully present, sell, activate, and support Caton's products, achieving volume and distribution KPIs set out by management.
- Assist in managing marketing budget allocations for assigned region related specifically to account spend and sampling.
- Work & Communicate with our distributor partners and their team on selling Caton's products to targeted accounts.
- Educate distributor sales personnel on the brand portfolio and brand standards.
- Implement Caton's New Account Activation Guidelines
- Implement Caton's Event guidelines for every event on and off premise
- Work with Brand Ambassadors when introduced into the market
- Implement training on premise teams on Caton's Products using supplied syllabus
- Educate consumers, retail owners, bar and nightclub owners, and key influencers on Cambio Tequila's products.
- Develop and maintain sales contact with all major customers and new prospects. Maintain and expand existing distribution and sales.
- Identify and present relevant marketing events for brand activation, product support, and sales.
- Assist in managing sampling programs.
- Create and foster relationships with bar staff, nightlife influencers, and opinion leaders.
- Conduct tasting and product presentations to members of the trade and consumers.
- Attend relevant events such as tasting events, tequila pairing dinners, etc.
Weekly Benchmarks
- 40 Account visits, a mix of 1st time, follow up, and current customers
- Activations & Training as required per Activation Guidelines
- Events & Tasting Demos as required per Activation Guidelines
- Achieve an average of 8 PODs per week (3 bottle/sku - off, 2 bottle/sku - on)
Compensation
- $70,000 annual base salary
- $15,000 annual bonus, paid every 6 months
- Health, Dental, Life insurance after 90 days, $400 per month covered by Caton
- Expenses covered by Caton - mileage, parking, tolls
- Marketing Expense budget $20 per case on account support - demos - samples - event
