Position Overview
In this role, we are looking for a Key Account Manager that is highly motivated and data-driven to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, ensuring their success, and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for eCommerce, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build client relationship ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily inbound and outbound priorities and order tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Manage complex problem resolution and strategic escalations
- Create, document and maintain client programs, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Full-time on-site McDonough, GA required
- Proven experience in account management, logistics, or a related role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
