Job Responsibilities:
- Actively maintaining and improving partner relationships, exploring channel sales opportunities
- Executing new launch GTM work, making and executing promotion plans, focusing on offline retail in-store sales;
- Executing partner training, including distributor training, in-store staff training, new product training, and etc.
- Retail channel visiting, and participating in channel-related exhibitions, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 2-5 years offline retail business and training experience, consumer electronics/smart home hardware/headphone product sales experience are preferred;
- Have excellent communication skills, channel management and execution capabilities, and project control capabilities;
- Have keen market insight and accurate judgment on the identification of market opportunities;
