As an Account Manager at Forza, you will be responsible for managing and growing key industrial accounts. This role is focused on delivering a world-class customer experience, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing partnerships. You will serve as the primary liaison between Forza and its customers, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, trusted partnerships through consistent communication and support.
  • Customer Support & Success: Understand each customer's unique needs, providing tailored solutions, onsite support, and training to maximize their success with Forza products.
  • Opportunity Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by aligning our offerings with evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams-including sales leadership and category managers-to develop and execute growth plans for key accounts.
  • Field Engagement: Travel regularly to customer sites for relationship-building, business reviews, issue resolution, and product support.
  • CRM Management: Log all activity, opportunities, and account updates in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
