Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries, complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
- Prepare reports on account status and communicate with key clients regularly, ensuring they are kept informed of any changes or updates in their orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of deals in a way that accomplishes client and company objectives.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in the Healthcare sector.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
