Who You Are:
- A seasoned leader with at least 10 years in Facilities Management or integrated facilities industries, including significant P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, delivering measurable success in operational and financial performance
- Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, engaging leadership style and strong negotiation skills
- Strategically minded with advanced analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights
- Experienced within manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments, bringing relevant commercial and operational expertise
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Long working days
- Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
- Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
