Job Responsibilities: - Greet and assist Hosts and guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Perform job duties in the Human Resources office as assigned by management.
- Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process for seasonal Hosts as assigned by management.
- File documents per department SOP.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist Hosts with general policy questions, accessing the mobile HRIS, employment documentation, direct deposit set up, and other Host-related matters.
- Check voicemail messages daily and forward unanswered inquiries to management.
- Issue uniforms, including IDs, per SOP.
- Complete POS transactions for the sale of employee-related purchases (e.g., uniforms, replacement IDs).
- Initiate and verify the completion of onboarding packets for seasonal staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information, per department SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Human Resources office area, and uniform areas.
- Monitor and restock uniform inventory as needed.
- Record and pass along information to appropriate individuals per department SOP.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Essential Job Skills: - Positive attitude with the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with both Hosts and guests in person, via telephone, and via email.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, copy machine, and telephone.
- Strong understanding of and focus on safety and guest service.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to changes as needed.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality, safety, guest service, efficiency, and cleanliness.
- Ability to consistently meet park and HFE standards.
- Ability to be a team player as well as complete tasks independently.
- Detail oriented and punctual.
