Applicants will be considered for any power jack start type opening on shift posted. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but are not limited to, Shipping and Receiving. Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required. Must accept work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees. Jobs are fast-paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40+ lbs. Material Handling and Receiving positions require lifting 70+ lbs. Constant standing, walking, and riding of powered material handling equipment. Specialized training for powered industrial trucks required to be qualified within Tyson Foods, Inc.

Pay: $16.45 hour.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-months operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 3 months).
• Selection will be based on knowledge, skills, and abilities within the company.
• Needs to be able to label, organize, and align pallets in cooler. Is required to become certified in both pallet jack and forklift operation.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
